McKEE - Bobbie On Wednesday, 29th April 2020, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Lancashire, Bobbie (skipper) in his 94th year, husband of the late Moira, much loved dad of Donald and Morven, dad-in-law to Liz and Anthony, grandad of Beth, Tom, Harriet, Jon and William and very proud great-grandad to Flora and Pip. A special big brother to Andy and Nina and loving uncle to their families. Forever a son of his beloved Kilwinning, to where he will eventually return, when this madness is over, for a celebration of a long, loving and well lived life at The Abbey Kirk. We thank the nurses and doctors of the NHS for their brave care, compassion and kindness to Bobbie at the end of his life and we thank the carers and staff at Lavender Hills Care Home, Ramsbottom for loving him and supporting him as he struggled with mobility and memory during the last few years. Moira said she would be waiting; reunited at last.
