DARROCH Marion Avril After a brave fight against the Coronavirus, Marion, the beloved wife of Frank Darroch and stepmother of Frances, died on 18th April 2020 at the age of 85 years in the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. Marion was the dear sister of the late David and much loved by his family, Noreen, Christopher and Catherine, who will miss her greatly. Also grieving are Frank and Eileen in Canada and Pat and family in England. Marion was well known throughout the golfing community and many of her friends will remember her fondly. Marion's husband Frank and his daughter Frances would like to thank the doctors and splendid nurses of Ward 47a for the kindness shown, especially under such demanding conditions. Because of restrictions the funeral service will be private. No flowers please but if desired, donations can be made to Marion's favourite charity, Marie Curie.
