FORSYTH - Phyllis Passed away suddenly and peacefully at home aged 90 on 14th April 2020. Beloved wife of the late John (Jackie) Forsyth, loving mother of Carole and Mark. Devoted grandmother to Claire, Lisa, Neil and Heather. Great-grandmother to Gracie and Charlie. Private funeral due to current restrictions.
