CONNOLLY - Catherine (Cathie) Born 24th August 1922 in Kings Street, Rutherglen. Cathie died peacefully in her 98th year, on 2nd April 2020 in the wonderful, professional care of staff at David Walker Gardens Care Home and our NHS staff, surrounded by some of her family. Beloved mother of Kate, Marie, Frank and Elaine, treasured Gran of her 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Friend to many in her long and happy life. Fortified by the Rites of the Catholic Church. Family funeral to follow. Requiescat in pace.

To Kate and family. Sorry to hear of Aunt Cathie's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Cathie was my Mum's cousin and I spent many times with Kate at Aunt Cathie's home baking. Patricia McClory(nee McLaughlin).
