JOHNSTON - Wilma Went home to her Lord peacefully at Springvale Care Home on 6th April 2020 aged 83 years. Precious Auntie Wilma and 2nd mum to Lesley and Karen, much loved aunt to William, David and the late Janice and dear friend to May, Christine and Di. Midwife, skier, walker, camper, poet and dog lover, a life well lived. Our thanks go to Elspeth, Ewan, Amy, Hayley and Christina for extraordinary care in these difficult times, you were our hands of love as we watched. Thanks also to Rev. Richard Buckley for faithful ministry, care and friendship over many years. Due to circumstances there will be a private funeral on Tuesday 14th April with a celebration to follow, when her family, friends and TPHD church family can gather safely. Philippians 1:21 For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
