LING - Kenneth Charles Passed away at Crosshouse Hospital on Tuesday 17th March 2020, Ken Ling, aged 79, from West Kilbride. He leaves his wife of 59 years, Thelma (Sadler) Ling; his three sons Nathan, Matthew and Jonathan; five grandchildren; and many close friends. Following graduation as a chemical engineer from Birmingham University, he enjoyed a successful career across the UK and abroad before retiring to fully enjoy his passions for golf, travel, bridge and gardening. Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, a small family service is expected with a celebration of Ken's life for friends and family to be held at a later date.
