CLAYTON — IRENE. I would like to thank most sincerely Father P. Currie and Father N. Barrie for concelebrating Mass and spiritual comfort given to Irene during her long illness. Thanks also to the Eucharistic Ministers and the ladies of St Paul’s Church of Scotland Guild, doctors and nurses at Ashfield Health Centre, Milngavie, management of Allander Homecare Limited, the carers who were excellent in caring for Irene over the last three and a half years of her life, social work department of East Dunbartonshire Council and sincere thanks to Irene’s good friends and neighbours and to all who sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy and to T&R O’Brien for funeral arrangements. Holy Mass will be offered for the intentions of all. S Nicholson.
