For the second year in a row, the iHeartRadio Music Awards became the iHeartTaylorSwift Awards.
Not only did she claim three prizes at the ceremony, including album of the year, but her boyfriend took home a trophy, too.

In between, she picked up best tour honours for her star-studded 1989 World Tour, thanking boyfriend Calvin Harris (real name: Adam Wiles) from the stage. Calvin won dance artist of the year.
âFor the first time, I had the most amazing person to come home to when the spotlight went out and when the crowds were all gone,â Taylor said. âSo I want to thank my boyfriend Adam for that.â
The Shake It Off singer posted some photos of her triumphant night on Instagram, including one with Selena Gomez which was simply captioned âForeverâ.
Taylorâs photo of her walk to the stage to accept an award said âHigh fivesâ.
No words needed for the snap which was all about her outfit (and her fabulous figure).
But Taylor gushed as she wrote the following words for the photo featuring Justin Timberlake. âHero status, friend status, all time fav status. @justintimberlake thank you for absolutely everything.â
U2 were the nightâs other big winner. Singer Bono and guitarist The Edge accepted the showâs Innovator Award from last yearâs victor, Pharrell Williams.
âThe thing that might be the most innovative about our band is we are a real band,â The Edge said. âWe are still in our high school band.â

Other winners at the fan-voted show included Fetty Wap (best new artist), Pitbull (Latin artist of the year) and Chris Brown (R&B artist of the year). All three men also performed at the Los Angeles event.
There were as many performances as awards presented during the three-hour show.

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.Â
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.Â
That is invaluable.Â
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalistâs job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
