IF you can't afford a ticket to see The Who in Glasgow next month, this might be the next best thing. It's parkas on as Franc Roddam's British drama about mods versus rockers, youth versus authority, roars on to the screens again. Phil Daniels is in the lead as rebel with a scooter Jimmy, with an all star Brit cast (or all star in 1979, anyway) including Sting, Toyah Wilcox and Leslie Ash lending a hand. If the drama creaks a bit, the soundtrack by The Who still packs a wallop.
