Edinburgh Gin Mulled Gin Liqueur, 20% ABV
This Mulled Gin Liqueur is a luscious addition to your festive drinks offering. A spiced gin that makes mulled wine simple. Just add it to red wine and gently warm in a pan for a subtly spiced and aromatic hot drink. Or to make it into a celebratory serve, mix with sparkling red wine or add to your Bucks Fizz.
Amarosa Wild Scottish Spritz Liqueur, 20% ABV
This liqueur makes a perfect winter fizz due to its seasonal flavour profile. Expect gorgeous bitter-sweet aromas of golden raisins and tangy fruits. Full of rich figs and tarte tatin with a splash of blackcurrant acidity on the finish. Simply add to soda water or prosecco for a sparkling cocktail or stir with dark rum and orange bitters for an Amarosa Old Fashioned.
Jalisgow Coffee Liqueur, 30% ABV
Started by three friends from Glasgow, but made in Mexico to an authentic recipe, this coffee tequila is the perfect fusion of flavours. It will give any festive cocktail a kick, but, having only been around for a couple of months, it also makes an excellent gift to impress the friend that has everything. Best of all, there's a Black Friday offer running online giving you 15% off a full-price bottle.
Highland Nectar Scotch Whisky Liqueur, 35% ABV
Crafted by Elixir Distillers, this is a marriage of five-year-old Scotch whisky with botanicals including ginger, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, vanilla and bitter orange, creating a golden liqueur that is rich, aromatic and fruity. Enjoy Highland Nectar neat or over ice as an after-dinner sipper, mix it with soda water for a sweet, refreshing Highball or try it in a classic cocktail such as a Bobby Burns.
Stroma Malt Whisky Liqueur, 35% ABV
Stroma is a whisky-based liqueur made with a blend of malt whiskies from Old Pulteney. This sweet, golden-coloured liqueur has a rich and smooth texture and notes of toffee, citrus, honey, and dried fruit.
Perth Gin Winter Spiced Liqueur, 20% ABV
Based on the Perth Gin Original recipe, Spiced Winter liqueur adds cinnamon, warm spices, orange and berries, creating a sensory journey of flavours. Add it to sparkling wine or heat apple juice and mix in some Spiced Liqueur for a nice winter warmer.
Panthers M*lk, 15% ABV
OK, not a liqueur per se but still a great easy pre-mixed cocktail for the holiday season. The ‘world's first’ oat milk-based cocktail range is inspired by the legendary 100-year-old Spanish cocktail Leche de Pantera. This creamy Glasgow-based brand comes in four flavours: Crema, Rosa, Café and Menta. Simply serve on the rocks and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
