I've got something super-refreshing and healthy this week. I love exotic fruit flavours and this smoothie packs a few of them into one. It's perfect for these warm summer mornings in the sun.

Ingredients 

Serves 2

6 x Passion fruits

1 x Banana – peeled

2 x Oranges – juiced

1 x Lime – juiced

1 Tbsp. Chia seeds

Ice

Method

To begin, scoop out the passion fruit seeds and blend on high speed. Push this through a fine sieve to remove any of the seeds.

Place the passion fruit juice back into the blender along with the banana, orange juice and lime juice. Blend on high speed with ice until smooth.

If you wish to have it slightly thinner, add a touch of water. Mix in the chia seeds and serve
