• If you cancel at any point during the 1-year term no refund will be issued for payments received
• We will not accept returned vouchers for credit and all vouchers received must be paid for (this excludes your holiday entitlement)
• Please do not cancel your direct debit without speaking to a member of our team who will be able to advise if your payments are up to date
