The supply of high-quality office space in Glasgow city centre has been boosted with the refurbishment of a ‘landmark’ building.

The former headquarters of whisky giant Whyte & Mackay has been transformed into 70,000 square feet of Grade office space, complete with feature terraces and double-height reception.

The property has been launched by Eagle Street Partners, the real estate and asset management firm.

Brian McKenna, asset manager at Eagle Street, said: "With 310 St Vincent Street, we're delighted to bring top-class Grade A office space to market in a city where the development pipeline is seriously restricted. The quality of the finished product is a testament to the GFiveThree and Clansman Interiors teams who undertook the design and refurbishment works.

"We know from listening to occupiers that the days of the bland glass box are now over, and businesses want memorable, show-stopping spaces that inspire their teams and that they are proud to bring their clients and guests to.

"As well as being vibrantly designed, 310 St Vincent Street is also extremely well-connected for public transport and has excellent sustainability credentials, offering EPC A rated space. We are anticipating high demand for the space, particularly as there will be very limited Grade A space in Glasgow over the coming years."

Current tenants at 310 St Vincent Street include Cisco, Legal & General, Cowi, and OnScale.
