The retail park

London & Scottish Property Investment Management has sold two units at Renfrew Road retail park in Paisley for more than £12 million to a US investor.
The identity of the buyer has not been disclosed. The retail units which have been sold are tenanted by Marks & Spencer and The Range.
Renfrew Road retail park, which was developed by London & Scottish Developments, also includes a Tim Hortons drive-through and a Lidl supermarket.
Andy Richardson, at London & Scottish Developments, said: “This deal represents a major step forward for our development portfolio.”
