CRAFT gin specialist Eden Mill is to open its first shop outside St Andrews - in Glasgow - along with its first cocktail bar and diner.
The firm is to open a 4,000 sq ft premises that will house its Jax bar-eatery in Princes Square in Buchanan Street in October.
Visitors can formulate their own gin by choosing from a selection of ingredients and determining a particular flavour profile in its Blendworks section.
The blending service is already offered at Eden Mill in St Andrews, where the distillery has become one of Fife's leading tourism attractions after being hailed as a top destination in TripAdvisor.

Paul Miller, director at Eden Mill, said the Glasgow shop would create an "exciting range of bespoke experiences", with the new bar looking through to the blending area.
Andrew Foulds, portfolio director for Princes Square owners Redevco said the latest move "is a fantastic endorsement of the high quality retailers already based here and of our unique shopping and leisure environment we have spent many years investing in creating".
Eden Mill picked up five awards at the Scottish Gin Awards last week including the top awards for Gin of the Year and London Dry Gin of the Year.
The firm also wants to carry out a £4 million expansion of its Guardbridge distillery and brewery, based at a former paper mill.

Mr Foulds said: "The Eden Mill distillery and Blendworks in St Andrews is already listed as the number one tourist destination in Fife on TripAdvisor and we are confident that the new Princes Square outlet will become as popular.
"Princes Square is already a favourite and ‘must visit’ place for Glaswegians and visitors to the city and Eden Mill will enhance that.”
Brands recently confirmed at Princes Square include independent cinema operator Everyman Cinemas, and Kate Spade New York, while other high profile UK and international fashion and leisure names in Princes Square include Karen Millen, Vivienne Westwood, COS, Belstaff, Reiss and Restaurant Bar & Grill.
Princes Square Street was named as Scotland’s Favourite Building in a public vote held by the Royal Incorporation of Architects as part of the RIAS’s Festival of Architecture 2016 recognising Scotland’s Top 100 buildings from 1916 to 2015.
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
