ROYAL Bank of Scotland has appointed Helen Cook as its chief HR officer, reporting directly to chief executive Ross McEwan.
Ms Cook, who will be responsible for all aspects of human resources at the state-backed bank, has held a number of senior HR roles at the bank since joining in 2001, before which she worked for Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.
