THE Scottish firm behind what is believed to be the first ever portable wood-fired oven has raised more than half a million pounds in a crowdfunding campaign. Kristian Tapaninaho and Darina Garland, who founded the Uuni brand in 2013, had set out to raise £40,000 on Indiegogo. The funds will allow them to bring their latest product to market.
