AMAZON’S giant distribution centre near Dunfermline has changed hands in a £54 million deal. The massive facility has been bought by Dubai-based asset management group Rasmala from the Tritax Amazon Fund, CoStar News reports. Tritax had acquired the site from Infra Red Capital Partners for £42m in 2012.
