OFFICE complex Skypark has completed work on the contemporary office refurbishment of Skypark 5 located in the Glasgow’s Finnieston area.
Seventy per cent of the 80,000sq ft office is let to eight businesses. The building, formerly let to the Glasgow School of Art, has undergone a multimillion pound refurbishment to a high specification over the ground and five upper floors.
Ken McInnes of Ryden, Skypark’s joint agent alongside JLL said: “Skypark 5 represents an opportunity to secure office space in a first class location alongside some of Scotland’s fastest growing businesses .”
