Capital & Counties may offload Olympia
Property firm Capital & Counties has confirmed it is conducting a review which may lead to the sale of the Olympia exhibition centre in west London.
The site has reportedly attracted a price tag of around £300 million.
The firm, which was founded in 1993, is understood to want to focus on its portfolio of properties in Earl's Court and Covent Garden.
