Budget airline easyJet said it flew 6.6 million passengers in September, 7.6 per cent more than a year ago, with holidaymakers keen extend the summer.
The Luton-based carrier added that its load factor - which measures how full its planes are - lifted 0.9 percentage points to 93.1 per cent over the same period.
