SCOTTISH recruitment firm Livingston James Group has launched two new brands after reporting an 80 per cent hike in sales to £1.5 million in first six months of the year.

The group, founded by Jamie Livingston and Andy Rogerson in 2010, has hatched Edison Bond to focus on sales and marketing recruitment, and Amicus Ford to target the legal market.

Edison Bond is headed by Neil Brown, formerly UK sales and marketing lead at Hudson, while Amicus Ford is led by Liz Frost, most recently manager of UK resourcing at Heineken.

Mr Livingston said: “It is a privilege to welcome such talent to the group."
