Ibrox park sold for £4.71m
IBROX Business Park in Glasgow has been bought in a £4.71 million deal.
A joint venture between Buccleuch Property and KFI has snapped up the site from a private client of Lapsley McManus.
The park has around 70,000 square feet of modern industrial space with current tenants including Sheffield Insulation Group, Edmundson Electrical, Procam and Stevenswood.
