A CAMPAIGN set up to encourage business leaders to promote Scotland as a conference destination has announced details of its next events.

Think Scotland Think Conference will host events at the Centre for Health Science in Inverness and at the Annandale Distillery in Dumfries on September 15.

These will be followed by sessions hosted by Aberdeen Asset Management in Aberdeen on September 22, and at the Andrew Carnegie Birthplace Museum in Dunfermline on September 24.

Judy Rae, who chairs Business Tourism for Scotland (BTfS) and heads corporate events at Glasgow Science Centre said: “The significance of Think Scotland, Think Conference is that in a relatively short period of time, we’re successfully engaging with a number of key business leaders, encouraging them to consider or recommend bringing a conference or business event they’ve attended out with Scotland, to a location north of the border."
