FORM G3 RULE 5.6(1)(A) NOTICE TO KAREN JANE BASSETT OR FARNBANK
Court ref. no. F344/16. An action has been raised in Inverness Sheriff Court by Myles Robert James Farnbank, Pursuer, calling as a Defender Karen Jane Bassett or Farnbank whose last known address was 99 Hyndland Road, Glasgow. If Karen Jane Bassett or Farnbank wishes to defend the action or seek any order she should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court, The Castle, Inverness, IV2 3EG from whom the service copy initial writ may be obtained. If she fails to do so within 21 days of the date of publication of this Notice decree may be granted against her.
