Notice is hereby given that on Eleventh October, Two thousand and sixteen a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by The Fresh Fruit Company (2007) Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having a place of business at 5 Drum Mains Park, Cumbernauld G68 9LD, craving the Court, inter alia, that My Martha’s Limited (Company No. SC381773) a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 142A St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5LQ (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 19 October 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of three months from 19 October 2016 (unless otherwise extended) or until an Interim Liquidator of the said Company is appointed or the Petition at the instance of the petitioners presently pending is dismissed ; all of which notice is hereby given.
