A petition for sequestration has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Scottish Water business
STREAM LIMITED, a company inc­orporated under the Companies Acts and having their registered office at 7 Lochside View, Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh. EH12 9DH (Petitioners) calling as respondent MR ROBERT STRANG, formerly carrying on busi­ness as Daisy's Cafe, 464 Pinkston Road, Glasgow, g2i 1HU and whose present whereabouts are unknown to the Pursuers.
If the said Mr Robert Strang wishes to show cause why sequestration should not be awarded he should immediately
contact the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, POBox23, Glasgow, G5 9DA from
whom the service copy petition may be obtained. Failure to do so could result in an award of sequestration being granted in favour of the Petitioners
