UNDER THE FATAL ACCIDENTS AND SUDDEN DEATHS INQUIRY (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976
The Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin will hold a preliminary hearing on 16 November 2016 at 10 am and an Inquiry on 12 December 2016 at 10am within the Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow into the circumstances of the death of COLIN DONALD PENROSE, born 12.6.91 formerly of 5a Knipoch Place, Oban.
