ENHANCE HAIR SOLUTIONS LTD
Court ref. no. L10/16. Notice is hereby given that on 18th February 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Barnetts, Solicitors, having their place of business at 7-9 Grange Place, Kilmarnock, KA1 2BH, craving the Court, inter alia, that ENHANCE HAIR SOLUTIONS LTD, a Company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts, (Company No. SC394700) and having its Registered Office at 11 Portland Road, Kilmarnock, KA1 2BT, be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1029(1)(c)(ii) of the Companies Act; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 18th February 2016 Ordained any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
