A Petition for the restoration of GT’s Takeaway Ltd (SC483581), a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 37 Broad Street, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, AB42 1JB, to the Companies Register under Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006, has been presented to Peterhead Sheriff Court. Any person having an interest may lodge answers to the Petition. Answers must be lodged with the Sheriff Clerk at Peterhead within eight dates after the date of this notice.
