By interlocutor of 8th August 2016, warrant to cite was granted by the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court in the Petition of St Aloysius’ College, a Scottish registered charity (registration number SC040490) and having a place of business at St Aloysius’ College, 45 Hill Street, Glasgow G3 6RJ for sequestration of the estate of Gary Dott residing at 12 Cargill Square, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow G64 1NP appointing the said Gary Dott to appear within the Sheriff Court at Glasgow on 19th September 2016 at 11am to show cause why sequestration should not be awarded.
