NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that: Gala Leisure Limited of the following address: New Castle House, Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, Nottingham­shire NG7 1 FT is applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Club premises licence issued under that Act. The
application relates to the following
premises: Gala Club, 167 Hawthorn Street, Glasgow G22 6HY. The appli­cation is to vary the licence as fol­lows: The application is to vary the
premises licence to remove the default condition and to permit the
provision of gambling facilities on the premises between 09:00am and
02:00am and there shall be no restriction on the permitted hours
when gaming machines may be made
available for use.This application has been made to: City of Glasgow
Licensing Board. Information about the application is available for inspec­tion from the licensing authority dur­ing office hours Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Any of the following persons may make
representations in writing to the
licensing authority about the applica­tion^ person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to
be affected by the authorised activi-ties. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any
representation must be made by the following date: 15 September 2016. It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose con­nected with that Act informa­tion which is false or misleading.
