order was pronounced by the Court of Session, Edinburgh, (the "Court") confirming the reduction of the
Company's share capital, which was approved by special resolution passed
at general meeting of the Company
held on 7 July 2016. A certified copy
of that order was registered by the Registrar of Companies in Scotland on l8 August 20l6, together with a statement of capital approved by the
