NOTICE is hereby given that on 5 August 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Firwood Contracts Limited, having their Registered Office at Hardie Caldwell LLP, Citypoint 2, 25 Tyndrum Street, Glasgow G4 0JY (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 8 August 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Kenneth Robert Craig, Insolvency Practitioner of 3rd Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
