UNDER THE FATAL ACCIDENTS AND SUDDEN DEATHS INQUIRY (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976
The Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton will hold a preliminary hearing on 15 September 2016 at 10 a.m and an Inquiry on 3 and 4 November 2016 at 10 a.m. within the Sheriff Court House at 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BT into the circumstances of the death of GEOFFREY MUSGRAVE, born 27 June 1965, formerly of 83 Victoria Street, Shotton Colliery, Durham, DH6 2LE.
