GLASGOW ROOFING & BUILDING COMPANY LIMITED Company Number: SC403321
On 6th June 2016, a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court craving that Glasgow Roofing & Building Company Limited (SC403321) incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at care of Macdonald Clark, 130 Toryglen Street, Glasgow G5 0BH be wound up by the Court and an interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 7th June 2016, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation and service, and in the meantime appointed Ian Scott McGregor, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2BX to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule of the Insolvency Act 1986.
