Advertisement of First Deliverance: GBS Leisure Ltd
Notice is hereby given that on 25 July 2016 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by CARRICK PROPERTIES LIMITED, a company incorporated in Guernsey (Registered Number 24469) and having their Registered Office at Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands craving the Court for an order that GBS Leisure Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (No SC462728) and having their Registered Office at 272 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JR be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, appointed a copy of the Petition and of the first deliverance to be intimated on the walls of the Sheriff Court at Glasgow and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and of the first deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and Herald Newspaper and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification: of all of which notice is hereby given.
