On 27 July 2016, a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court craving the Court that Linoland Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC344188) and having its registered office at 9 Newton Avenue, Cambuslang, Glasgow, G72 7RL be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor dated 27 July 2016, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
