NOTICE OF APPLICATION TOVARYA PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that: Gala Leisure Limited of the following address: New Castle House, Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, Nottingham­shire, NG7 IFT is applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Club premises licence issued under that ActThe application relates to the following premises:Gala Club, 167 Hawthorn Street Glasgow G22 6HY. The application is to vary the licence as follows: In summary this application is for approval of structural alterations to the premises as part of a refurbishment and accordingly for approval of amended premises licence plans. Alterations to the premises will involve a reduction to the extent of
the premises as part of a substantial
resizing of the bingo club. Changes will also indude repositioning of new book
sales counter at entrance, changes to back of house, opening of reception
into the slots area which will also be
extended slightly, doors into the main auditorium from the slots area will be repositioned and the layout of the
cafe/lounge area will be reconfigured
with fixed booth seatinginserted.This
application has been made to: City of
