Notice is hereby given that on 7 July 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow & Strathkelvin at Glasgow by BRIAN JAMES FULTON, residing at 18 Buchanan Street, Milngavie, G62 8DD, and DONALD CAMERON MACLEOD, residing at Netherparkley, Manse Road, Linlithgow, EH49 6AP, as Directors of LETTUCE UP NORTH LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Registered Number SC413297) and having its Registered Office at 3rd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP ("the Company") craving inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court. In which Petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 8 July 2016, ordained the Company and any other persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
