NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow on 6 July 2016 by Anthony Johnston for an Order restoring Peckham & Rye Limited, a company formerly registered under the Companies Acts (No. SC082175) and having its registered office at Cornerstone, 107 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2BA to the Register of Companies in terms of Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; and in which Petition the Court, by deliverance dated 8 July 2016, appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
