9-20 RECRUITMENT LIMITED
Notice is hereby given that on 30 June 2016, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Gordon Brown, Director of the Company, craving the Court inter alia that the said 9-20 RECRUITMENT LIMITED, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC268608) and having its registered office at 113 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 2RU (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Blair Nimmo and Tony Friar, Insolvency Practitioners of KPMG, Third Floor, 191 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LJ be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor of 30 June 2016 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and meantime appointed Blair Nimmo and Tony Friar, Insolvency Practitioners of KPMG, Third Floor, 191 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LJ (Tel: 0141 300 5619) to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) for a period of 3 months from 30 June 2016 (unless otherwise extended); all of which notice is hereby given.
