Meeting of Creditors held on
29 June 2016. No Liquidation
Comm ttee was establ shed on that date. Accordingly, I give notice
under Rule 4.18 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that I do
not intend to summon a Meeting of Creditors for the sole purpose of establishing a
Liquidation Committee. However,
under the terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 I am
required to call such a Meeting if requested by one tenth in value of
