(Company Number SC447376) Notice is hereby given that on 10th June 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that PRN CONTRACTS (GLASGOW) LTD., with its Registered Office at 25 Sandyford Place, Glasgow, G3 7NG be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 10th June 2016 ordained the said PRN Contracts (Glasgow) Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
