NOTICE is hereby given that on 08 June 2016 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow Sheriff Court by EON Energy Solutions Limited, Legal Team Floor 8 Trinity House 2 Burton Street NOTTINGHAM NG1 4BX for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up CASSEA LIMITED (Company Number SC359063) having their registered office at 175 West George Street Glasgow G2 2LB and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 09 June 2016 ordained all parties interested to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House 1 Carlton Place Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
