CLYDE MUIRSHIEL PARKJOINT COMMITTEE and
RENFREWSHIRE INTEGRATED JOINT BOARD ACCOUNTS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 APRIL 2015 TO 31 MARCH 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Regulation 9 (1) of the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014 that:
(a) Copies of the unaudited accounts of Renfrewshire Council and the above named Bodies for the period from 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016 will be available for public inspection in the Customer Service Centre, Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley PA1 1AN between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.45 pm Monday to Friday from 1 July 2016 to 21 July 2016, both days inclusive. [A copy of the accounts will also be available at the following website: www.renfrewshire.gov.uk];

(b) Any person interested may inspect a copy of the abstracts of the

accounts to be audited and all books, deeds, contracts, bills,
vouchers and receipts relating thereto and may take copies of all
or part of the accounts;
(c) No charge will be made for the inspection of documents or for copying of them by persons who are inspecting them;

(d) Any person interested may object to the accounts, or to any part of those accounts, no later than 22 July 2016 by:-

1. Sending their objection in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof, to the auditor, Mr Brian Howarth (in the case of Renfrewshire Council or Renfrewshire Integrated Joint Board) or Anne McGregor (in the case of all other Bodies listed above), Audit Scotland, 4th Floor, 8 Nelson Mandela Place, Glasgow G2 1BT and;

2. Sending their objection in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof, to the Controller of Audit, 110 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4LH and;

3. Sending a copy of that objection and statement in respect of Renfrewshire Council to the Chief Executive, Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley PA1 1WB, in respect of Renfrewshire Integrated Joint Board to the Chief Officer, Renfrewshire Integrated Joint Board, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley PA1 1WB, or in respect of any of the other Bodies to the Clerk of the body concerned, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley PA1 1WD and to any officer of this authority or body who may be concerned.

(e) The auditor shall, if requested by the person objecting, the authority or body, or by any officer of the authority or body who may be concerned, afford to that person or authority or body or officer, as the case may be, an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by the auditor with respect to that objection; and any such person or officer may so appear and be heard either personally or by a representative.
