at the First Meeting of Creditors
held on 9 June 2016. No
Liquidation Committee was established on that date. Accordingly, I give notice under Rule 4.18 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that I do not intend to summon a meeting of creditors for the sole purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee. However, under the
terms of Section 142(3) of the
Insolvency Act 1986 I am required to call such a meeting if
