Notice is hereby given that on 22nd March 2016, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Edmundson Electrical Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Parkhouse Building Services Limited having their registered office at Suite 122, Claymore House, 145 Kilmarnock Road, Glasgow G41 3JA be wound up by the Court in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 31st March 2016 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
