An action hs been raised in Hamilton Sheriff Court by John Digan, Petitioner, which craves that the Company of P F Property Services Limited, which had its Registered Office at Comac House, 2 Coddington Crescent, Holytown, Lanarkshire, ML1 4YF and which was struck from the Register of Companies on 22nd April 2016 be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of the Companies Act 2006, Section 1029(1) and 1031(1).
