NOTICE TO MR SAJAD RAZAQ COURT REF: SQ71/16
An action has been raised to petition for sequestration and to appoint Mr Alan A Brown, 141 Bothwell Street, Glasgow. G2 7EQ as Interim Trustee in Glasgow Sheriff Court Sheriff Court by SCOTTISH WATER BUSINESS STREAM LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having their registered office at 7 Lochside View, Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh. EH12 9DH (Pursuer) calling as defender MR SAJAD RAZAQ, formerly trading as Q Save Superstore and now trading as Leo's Express and having a place of business at 154 Saracen Street, Glasgow, G22 5AS and whose present whereabouts are unknown to the Pursuers. If the said Mr Sajad Razaq wishes to defend the action or to make any claim or seek any order he should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court Sheriff Court from whom the service copy petition may be obtained. Failure to do so will result in an award of sequestration will be granted in favour of the Pursuers.
